Problem: Groups of child in government schools had been taking dance lesson and needed an avenue for healthy competition among themselves.

​

Process: The foundation needed support with disseminating information about the competition processes to 10 regional school heads. 

I utilized Excel and Evernote to set up and share my processes with the board. My task involved allocating resources and content management for 10 different schools. 
On this project, I was able to overcome cultural, political and personal biases. The skills that helped me were emotional intelligence and effective work ethics.

Result: We had a well organized event and secured sponsorship for the 2nd edition of the event
